Attach Vacant Post in Shalarth.

    Hello Friends,       

                    we took information about how to detach teachers from the shalarth in 1st post. After detaching the teacher in the shalarth, we want to attach vacant post for attaching new teachers in shalarth. After creating vacant Post DDO 2 can Attach new teachers or transfer teachers in ypur school. 

Steps to Attach Vacant Post in Shalarth

• First Login to Shalarth Official Website. Put your User Name and Password and enter captcha code. 
• Shalarth website     
• Go on worklist tab.Then payroll, then organization / office profile, then click on the attach employee to bill group.   

• 
• After that the page will be open, select the bill group and select attach detach vacant post.
• Click on Go Tab.
• You will see post in school incleft side. Tick the Posts that has been transferred in your school.
• After than click on Attach Tab.
• Click on save tab.
• Then the Vacant posts  will be attached in DDO 1 list.
• Then DDO 2 will be attached teachers in your school.
